   Cali Bryant. She isn't very talkative or shy either. She wanted to blend in with students and school,as well. Cali knew that wouldn't be very easy. You had to dress and act to impress the school and students. Cali just wanted to blend in. She had a scholarship at Ridge Way too. And one way to keep that scholarship, Cali had to do good in school. Her parents had hope in her and were encouraging her too. Cali always impressed her parents,family,and her friends. But she wanted to get to know the school as well. Cali was in the mood for popcorn and a movie. She would've gone back to her dorm,but there were already girls there and Cali didn't feel like starting a conversation. As Cali walked into the Movie Theater, a few eyes fell on her. Cali pushed back her long jet-black hair and let it fall on her back. Her caramel eyes scanned the packed the room and Cali pursed her glossed lips together,tightly. She got in line for the Silver Lining. She watched it a few times,but never understood it. But watching it now,will get Cali's brain and eyes working.

 & I WAKE UP EVERY EVENING
WITH A BIG SMILE ON MY FACE
( and it never seems out of place )A group of girls had invited me out on Friday night to see a movie. I had made it to the top as quick as a whip. After straightening my hair and applying the right amount of makeup, I grabbed my Chanel bag and strutted out of my dorm towards the movie theater. I drew all the eyes as I flounced down the long, spotless Marble path, the sunset framing the long line of trees that sheltered the riding trails. Just as I reached the halfway point to the theater, the vintage Victorian-inspired street lamps lit up and flooded the campus with soft light that reminded me of vanilla.
I bought a freezing cold water bottle and started chatting with the group of girls as we waited for the movie to open. They hung on my every word, and I could tell I was so becoming the queen. I noticed a dark haired girl on her own across the room. She was also seeing the movie we were seeing. I excused myself and strutted over to her. It was vital to make friends to be queen. Duh. I approached her, half-smiling. "I haven't seen you before. I'm Noel." I said.

Cali shoved her hands,deep into her skinny jeans and looked up from the line. It was longer when Cali was here,but now the Movie Theater was packed with students. Cali had a few eyes on her,but she ignored them. Cali Bryant heard a voice next to her and turned aorund. She found a blonde she hadn't seen before. Cali nodded and managed a smile. "I'm Cali." Cali's voice was quiet and she turned back around. She didn't want to meddle with socail-ladder people and was getting annyoyed. But Cali didn't mind,but a voice in the back of her head tugged on her.

( and it never seems out of place ) I raised an eyebrow. The girl seemed mildly irritated by my presence. Well, she could get over herself. I was trying to be nice. But if she wanted to play this game, I was a much better player. i smiled smugly, tilting my head and assessing the outcast brunette. I wouldn't let up. "So," i started. "Must be weird to be named after where you live." I said, my voice edged with taunting.

Cali didn't react to what Noel said. People like her, said it all the time. But Cali wasn't named after her home town. She rolled her eyes and crossed her amrs over her chest. Cali saw enough blondes on campus to see that she wasn't even queen-bee yet. And by now, Noel was annoying her with her rich-snobby voice,but no alluring. Cali Bryant could play the same game, Noel just started and she was already good at it. "You think so?" Cali said,pouting,smirking at the blonde. "I have no idea where Noel came from." Cali said thinking of the Noel,Noel,Noel song, christians sing at Christmas time. Cali smiled at Noel and turned her back on her. Cali was at the counter now and purchased a ticket. She ordered a medium-low fat butter popcorn, diet-pepsi, and sour patch kids. As Cali waited to get her order, her caramel-chocolate brown eyes drifted around the expensive movie-theater.

( and it never seems out of place ) I shook my head when she wasn't looking. I eyed her choice of food. "Careful, sweetie, that's going right to the hips." I said, and the rest of the line laughed. Sure, |I didn't have the queen bee title yet, but everyone knew I was in line for the throne. I tossed my hair, bumping her and knocking her popcorn, sending it spilling to the ground, before strutting back to my laughing group of friends, high fiving them and strutting into the theatre, leaving bitch brunette behind.
