"Whatever man, I'll catch you later," Taylor said with a laugh, waving a slight good bye to his basketball teammates before heading towards the coffee shack. There hadn't been much up in his life since the start of the school year, and already they were at practice. Funny how basketball was a winter sport and yet that didn't seem to matter to the coach. Taylor didn't really care though, he liked the sport just fine. In fact, some say he might breath it. So while practice was a chore for some of his other classmates, Taylor was just living it up like it was the dream. Still, with it over now, he had homework to get to and history books to read much to his displeasure. He didn't even know why they needed to know something that happened so long ago, it's not like it mattered now. Heading into the Coffee Shack now, he placed his order with the barista, grabbed his drink and then headed over to a table by the window and began to study. His attention wandered naturally though, glancing up at people who walked by and nodding his hellos, but nobody seemed to wish to interrupt his studying time. Heck, Taylor knew he needed it, needed to keep a C average if he wanted to stay on the team. It was quite the motivator, but it was a hard motivator as well when he could be doing so many other things. His eyes casted out the window now, allowing his mind to wander off.
