Meet Noel Desilets. Filthy rich, stunningly beautiful, irresistibly alluring and well-known. Let's start with her past, yes?
Noel comes from an extremely wealthy background, her father being a billionaire businessman and her mother owning many popular lines and model agencies and being a model herself. Noel spent much of her childhood modeling for various agencies and magazines, along with being Mr. and Ms. perfect's pride and joy. The Desilets' have the upper east side wrapped around their belt buckles and are on every magazine cover you can find. Noel dated many rich boys in her younger teen years, all up to her parent's standards. stood in six-inch heels through countless nyc-wide gala birthday parties and posed for hours on end, never getting any less stunningly beautiful. Along with being widely know and exquisite on many levels, Noel was also highly academically and socially advanced. She was offered scholarships to the greatest, most prestigious schools in the United States and England. Eventually, her and her parents decided on Ridge Way Academy. After spending half a fortune to send her to the academy, and after her farewell bash that attracted press from this way and that, she was off. And now, Noel has her piercing blue eyes set on stealing Serena's throne right off her head and getting to the very top of the social ladder where this gorgeous little queen so clearly belongs.

Noel Desilets doesn't settle for anything less than perfect. Virtually every aspect of her draws people. Her bold demeanor, her (unbelievably) gorgeous looks, her intelligence and her fun personality in general. When you're with Noel, there's never a dull moment and you're always doing something fun. Once you're along for the ride, you'll never even think of getting off. She gets you into all the coolest parties, she plays the best pranks, knows all the gossip and can lie like the sweetest of music. She always finds away to intimidate you, weather it be behind hours of searching to know all your secrets or her generally mysterious and dramatic personality in general. She usually speaks quotes off of the top of her head and they stick in your brain, just like her alluring voice. If she doesn't like you or you threaten her, good luck. You're gone. She has her ways, and she's not afraid to use them. But when you're her friend, she can make you feel like the most special person in the world. Everywhere she goes, she immediately draws attention. She knows she'll take that crown, the question is to what lengths will she go to be the queen bee?

Now, let's talk friends and enemies. Noel makes friends with great ease and grace. People are drawn to her no matter what, weather it be because of her never-a-dull-moment nature or the way she acts like she doesn't need anyone, which only makes people need her more. When you're her friend, you're on top of the world and the most special person to be alive. You feel like you matter, like you have gotten somewhere. But when she drops you like last year's Prada clutch, you're left begging on your knees for Noel Desilets.
Enemies. Well, let's just say, may luck be with you. When Noel doesn't like you, you're pretty much in for it. A lose/lose situation. She can take anyone down in the blink of an eye and doesn't mind to what lengths she has to go to to once again be collected and on top of campus. If something gets in her way, she has her ways, and she's not afraid to use them. Let's just say she's not the best enemy you could choose to make.

Ah, lovers. These are a rare bunch, not because she doesn't bring a new, filthy rich snog buddy home every day, but because Noel Desilets has never once opened her heart to actually love someone. It's mostly for the cameras and the spotlight and the headlines, picking and choosing the most famous, wealthy boy who's drooling over Noel (which isn't hard to find). Although, I'd love for Noel to get a boyfriend that might actually open her heart.
